We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and run the studio — name, email, phone, shipping address, and the cart you assemble on this device.
Browser identifiers (a randomly generated cart id) live in your local storage so your cart survives a page refresh. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to care@sareeconnect.example.
- Order data is retained for 7 years to satisfy tax requirements.
- Marketing emails are opt-in and unsubscribe is one click.
- Payments are processed by PCI-compliant gateways — we never see card numbers.

By browsing or ordering from SareeConnect you agree to use the site for lawful, personal-use shopping and to provide accurate information at checkout.
Product photographs are taken in natural light. Slight variation in colour is inherent to handloom textiles and is not considered a defect.
Pricing, availability, and offers can change without notice. Listings and stock are confirmed only after payment is captured.

- Disputes are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours from our Bengaluru studio. You will receive a tracking link on the contact email used at checkout.
Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to metro pin codes and 5–8 business days elsewhere. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹15,000.
International orders are handled by our concierge team. Duties and courier timelines for your country are confirmed at order acknowledgement.
- All parcels are insured during transit.
- Signature on delivery is required for orders above ₹25,000.
- Festive periods may add 1–2 days to standard timelines.
Return & Refund Policy
Unused pieces with original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Reach out to the concierge team and we will arrange a reverse courier at our cost for eligible orders.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned parcel reaching our studio and passing quality check.
Bespoke and altered pieces, fall & pico stitched sarees, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Exchanges are processed once the original piece is received and inspected.
- Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
- Gift orders can be returned for store credit by the recipient.
